Three Chinese nationals and the singer from Round Eye blasting loopy synth pop that sounds like a joyous cross of Devo and Shonen Knife. But more fun and much more strange.

Not the aggro bizarreness of Round Eye (which doesn't always work for me), but barely formed songs that trip across the ears. Still miles from the mainstream, but the hooks are clearly expressed (even if they don't adhere to any sort of mainstream sensibility).

Details about the band are hard to find (it's not clear which Round Eye singer we're talking about, for starters), but the music is easy to digest. For those who like some goofy synths in their musical mix, this is some of the most fun stuff I've heard in a long time. Spectacularly weird, and blissfully so.
