Ado Woodz likes his EDM leavened with more than a dash of the ol' techno-industrial complex. And he's just as likely to trip out as he is to lean into a groove. And then there are songs like the title track that something like a unholy alliance between KMFDM and the Orb.

So he meanders a bit, at least within the confines of the sound. Sometimes the drop simply drops out. This is by no means a re-imagining, but rather a solid, enthusiastic presentation of the sound. And it is ready for the floor. Every track here is primed for movement.

Far from a mindless regurgitation of past times, Ado Woodz has created a forward-thinking refurbishment of EDM. Anything that engages the body and mind is a winner in my book. This set does both with aplomb.
